It seems kind of late, lol. The word of the year should be something like, "ORLY."

Link fixed.

Meanwhile, this just means I have to acknowledge it as a real word at all. At least it has decent vernacular uses.

@ Silver wolf- You need to copy and paste the address to the bar, and take off the extra "http://".

Also the print is very small, I could read it but because Im very lazy I won't.

Well you can see why its not in the actual dictionary, because it has two zero's in it. But its in the Urban Dictionary.

There's only one word that can describe my joy.....but I wont say it, knowing I'll be smacked upon greatly........TOO LATE!!! WOOT!!!

Woot is a pretty cool word. I wonder if each of the letters in "WOOT" used to stand for something at one time (like IIRC and AFAIK and OTOH all do)? Either way, it's a straightforward expression of joy, and pretty cool.

Do people actually shout w00t in public? *Wonders how embarrassing the person to use it would get when everyone around the guy looks at him*

I only use WOOT when I'm very excited about something and very happy. Even though already I like to be happy.
