Interesting. However in every hotel I've stayed in I only came across plastic disposable cups.

That is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen.

Well, it certainly ranks up there, at least.

Never drinking at a hotel again. XD

I don't see any inappropriate content. There might be some content that someone might be a bit iffy with, but nothing inappropriate.

Believe me, the site's not clean. Maybe I define inappropriate differently, though.

Anyway, OT: that's pretty disgusting stuff. Makes you wonder about food service as well. (Yikes!)

Yeah, I usually drink out of the glasses when I stay at a hotel (I have to have water to take my meds...). That's gross. What would you suggest if they don't have disposable cups?
What I've done before is tilt my head and sip straight from the faucet (without touching it of course). Hey, it works! (So does washing your hair in the sink...)
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Some of your high dollar hotels only have glasses to drink out of. I never drink out of them, since I don't know who clean they are. The only ones that I will use are the plastic disposable cups. But please, if you see a pastic disposable cup out if its wrapper, never use it.

Its better to be safe then sorry.

The best part was when the maid sniffed the towel and then used it to dry the cups.

Geez, how hard is it to clean a glass? Seriously!

Well cleaning one room might not be so hard, but multiply that by a couple hundred room. I would say that is quite a workload there. Plus the fact that their pay is probably next to crap, I doubt they'd care too much for something like that.

Doesn't really justify anything though, but I guess it makes sense as to why they'd simply not care.

Sheez. Thanks for showing this Bakura. I have to go on a trip next week and I'm staying in a hotel. I'll bring my own cup, or some dish detergent with me and wash their glasses before I use them.

Oh man! The anime fans that go to AWA are going to be sick, if they see this video.

The Sheraton Suites Galleria is one of the satellite overflow hotels for AWA. Which a lot of people stay, if they can't get a room at the main hotel, which is the Renaissance Waverly Hotel.

The Renaissance Waverly Hotel has the same kind of glasses that the Sheraton Suites Galleria has.

And now you know why I never ever used then, even before I saw this video.

Heh, not really all that surprising.
This is why I might get a RV one day for traveling.
Some of my favorite scriptures.

Psalm91
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

Hebrews 4-4
1Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.

James 4
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.

Revelation 22:14
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

They'd probably care if they got better wages. Seeing that they're mostly likely Hispanic immigrants, I doubt their wage is no better than your typical fast food employee.

Besides, job hunting is too difficult nowadays. I doubt they'd be willing to sacrifice their jobs unless something terrible happened.
