well, I recently bought 3 platy's and 1 molly. I put them in a nice 5 gallon tank. Last night I turned on their aquarium light to double check the tank temperature and next to the thermomator was this littly floaty thing...it looked weird. Upon closer inspection I saw two little eyes staring back at me. o_o "oh my gosh! my fish had babies! GYAH!" So i quickly put thoughts of a good night sleep out of my mind and decided to find all the babies. I found 12 (and then went to bed around 2:30). They all seem pretty healthy (cept one who I think has a broken fin? he trys to swim but can't that well). I wasn't worried about the adults eating em cause they hid really well...I was worried I'd syphon em out during the water change tonight. So yeah. can't find too much info on these guys. I'm gonna buy a breeding net so they can at least be in the same tank instead of a seperate carrier. Anyone ever had to deal with baby fish before? How often do I feed em or is it the same as the adults?

Oh! Baby fishies! :D

I've only had (past tense, sadly ;_; ) goldfish, but last I checked, there was a lot of equipment involved in that. My dad used to do this type of thing a lot in his younger days, so I'm not a stranger to the subject, but I don't know much...
