CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

For those who aren't aware, Anime Angels was hacked into roughly a couple of weeks ago -- and neither Keely nor Nicole (Draw2much) were able to fix the damage that the hackers left. I replied to their distress call and helped them this past week to get a brand new system set up, and it's finally ready to go! Anyone here who had an account there will have to go and re-register if they want to post anything, though.

[Edit: Radical Dreamer -- if you're reading this, I'd love it if you could come and post your grammar rules again somewhere so I can sticky it. It got lost after the hackers did their damage, I'm afraid. ;__; ]

As far as I remember, this is the second time everything on Anime Angels has been lost. Are any daily backups ever made or anything like that?

No problem. XD I've just registered again, but I think my account needs to be verified by an admin before I can begin posting. I'll post it once I'm able, though!

Mr Rogers - We do not have the staff to make daily back-ups but we do have monthly. However what the hackers did this time was actually screw with the database itself and we were unable to connection to the website itself and we were unable to correct the problem. All of the files and data were there but they just wouldn't "talk" to each other.

And really, being hacked twice in almost 10 years isn't that bad.

Oh, so that's why I couldn't log in. I got aggravated when it wouldn't let me in when I finally decided to go check it out again and I decided to abandon it completely, but now knowing that it was because they were hacked, I might go back sometime in the future, idk.

It looks really nice! I haven't hung out on either AA or CAA in a long time (so busy with work!) but I'll go re-register myself.
