Neko Con X

Well Neko Con X The Cat Came Back will start Nov 2, 2007 and run to Nov 4, 2007 in Hampton Roads VA at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.
Anyone have plans to be there? I will be there as part of the AMS staff doing security and first aid during the show.
I was a little busy last year with a few incidents that happened, but I had fun doing it.
Acourse they are always looking for volunteers to help with things around the center if anyone has any interest in doing so.

OK! Two Days for Neko Con X!
I will be leaving for the show tomorrow as part of the staff.
I will let everyone know when I get back how things went.

Well Neko Con X ended on Sunday afternoon around 3 PM. I got back today due to the dinner for the staff for the con Sunday night. It was enjoyable.
There was some good things and bad things that happened.
Good: People enjoyed themselves. 3200 of them. The staff worked hard to make things work and to keep the attendees and guest safe.
Bad : A few incidents happened that shouldn't had.
A hole kicked into a wall but I understand they were caught.
A underage young girl touched by a older man. They were caught and turned over to police.
A few young ladies that passed out during the dance from not doing things to keep them in good health during the con.
A young boy cosplaying with a box was assaulted by older boys who were caught and turned over to their parents and banded from next year's con.

Umm, forum etiquette? If you have to quintuple post on your own thread methinks it's best to let it slow down and die. Now you know how I feel whenever I try to promote Comic Con and no one cares.
