Ok,while that sounds like the start of a joke(two men walk into a bar..)it isn't,honest!:)
There was a front page story in The Spokesman Review today about a couple of 23 year old Jewish Rabbis from Brooklyn who are part of the
Chabad movement in Hassidic Judaism.
What they do is they visit Jews throughout northern Idaho and help them to
learn more about Judaism and how to be better Jews.
It's kinda of outreach program to unsynagogued Jews.Actually pretty interesting,especially when you realize that one single neighborhood in the e borough of Brooklyn in New York City has more Jews than the entire State of Idaho.
Though I bet they get some odd looks as Orthodox Jews aren't that common in these parts.
