I'm curious. XD How do you all sleep? Do you sleep on your stomach, side, back, or a mixture of the three? Vote and discuss! XD

I sleep on my back and side because I am normal.

Am I the only one here who sleeps upside down?

I toss and turn because I have trouble falling asleep; so from a practical standpoint, I keep all my bases covered.

Usually, I sleep on my stomach with both hands under my pillow and my head turned to the right...but lately, I've been kinda tossy-turny, so pretty much however I'm feeling at the time I try to sleep (but I still voted for 'stomach').

Terrible. XD

I tend to sleep on my side all the time, and when I get to warm, I just flip to the other side. The problem however, is just letting my brain calm down. XD

I sleep on my back most of the time. I may turn onto my side, but I say lay on back the most.

You know its weird, I wonder when and in what position we actually fall asleep. Because I can never remember.

I mostly sleep on my back, but usually when I am going to sleep I have to go from side to back. I usually fall asleep on my back. However I do sleep on my stomach at times.

But mostly I sleep, in an asleep kinda way XD

I mostly sleep on my side, facing the left. Sometimes I flip over to the right, but I usually end up coming back to the left. And I usually have a stuffed animal with me.

I sleep with my eyes closed . . . ^^

I can sleep all night flat on my back if I'm very tired. From around 6 to 11 AM I flop around to either sides. If I'm really tired while lying on my stomach, I tend to make puddles.

On my face, dreaming of Reno, with a cat curled up on my shoulders drooling onto my cheek, and with an unplugged alarm clock. T___T;;

I am very much hoping you are referring to drool.

I do that VERY uncommonly... Only in the more recent years too... so gross^^

My way of sleep is VERY complex... When I was little I was scared often, and slept facing the door of my old bedroom (facing left) and occasionally on my back. In most cases I'll wake up on my stomach, and at one time laying on my back with my arms folded behind my head, I think sometimes my eyes are open/half-slits, since in late morning I'll hallucinate-dream (aka, dream about my surrounding area with different things happening), AND I can hardly EVER fall asleep if I lay on my side facing right UNLESS it's morning... don't ask why, it's just not comfy until then :/

I have to be on my side to fall asleep, but I often wake up on my back. I sometimes like to lay on my stomach, but it can be...uncomfortable. :\

On a pile of money surrounded by beautiful ladies.

By which I mean, on a twin bed. Tossing.

For some reason, I seem to find myself incapable of falling asleep in any other position than on my back.

I sleep in whatever position is comfortable at the time. Unfortunately this means that I can only sleep in whatever position is currently comfortable.

I sleep curled up in fetal position, completed covered from head to toe, don't like any part of my body exposed when I sleep.

In the past year or so I've often fallen asleep laying flat on my back with my hands together below my neck, and my head to the left (where my open window is about 1.5 feet away). Except my arms tend to get a bit numb so I usually end up on my side.

Left side, towards a wall, preferably. I've slept this way for years...

Same here. What is sleep? If you are a member of CAA, we apparently don't sleep.

Heh for me it's like, the room will either be altered, or objects will move around, or something like a cat will be walking around the shelving. When it's 'altered' it feels weird, because as i wake up my eyes will open up a bit wider and everything will just slowly change back into its original form... Like I'll see a face or picture on the curtain, and it'll slowly turn back into the original cloth ripples...

I experience that all the time too. And sometimes with unfortunate results. Or as I call them, child hood fears.

A few months ago I was in a mini obsession with researching about the Chernobyl disaster. But after hearing the "beep-beep" noise of decors used to detect radiation plus seeing the images of the heavily radioactive fuel still left in the building, the dark suddenly became much more scary. I literally couldn't walk down a hall-way at night without EVERY light on or the though of nuclear fuel dripping through the walls made my whole body collapse in fear.

But anyways, I experience that every night if I wake up in the middle of the night. Everything is blurry at first while slowly materializing back. Plus I've experienced the "bed moving to the side or upside down feeling" many times. I actually enjoy it.
