CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

I've been looking for a penpal for sometime now, but I never find one that will write to me consistantly, or more than 1 or 2 lines. If I post an ad on a site like penpalsnow.com, I get emails from perverts. If I reply to ads on said sites, I either get noreply, a reply from a pervert, or someone who writes me a line or 2 every week or so.

All I want is a penpal, well, e-pal, I guess, because my handwriting is illedgible, to write about everyday, more would be great. Some one I can talk to about anything and any age or gender is fine. Counties other than the US are cool too.

Does anyone know where I can find one for free, and/or is anyone interested?

Two suggestions:

Perhaps you can join Livejournal? We have fair population of CAAers who post on livejournal. We tend to communicate with each other. We all update on a regular basis as well.

Or if you don't want that. I'd be more than happy to be your pen pal. I actually think it's a rather neat idea.

Also because a real penpal would require you to give out your address, which I wouldn't recommend.

I second Ryan's suggestion of an LJ. We have a pretty good CAA community on Livejournal, and it fulfills the same purpose. It's worth a shot, at least. I know a lot of people would add you. ^^

I second the livejournal thing; and yes, it is just livejournal.

If you do the penpal thing, just do by e-mail...don't give out your adress on the internet, EVER.

I would NEVER under any condition give out my address. But thatnks for warning me any ways guys.
