Rodents of all kinds, wombats (they're not rodents! Really! It's a marsupial... I think), cats (large and domestic), more rodents, bats (oh wait those are rodents too), foxes, wolves, platypus.

Not many animals I actually dislike. :P

The main reason I like dogs is that I'm amazed by how much they have helped humanity. It's as if God created the perfect companion for us. They show us His unconditional love and can do so many things for us. I mean, look at how much they help handicapped people (I even saw something on TV where a dog could even turn off the light for someone.)

I've been in love with foxes since I was like four... I blame Disney's Robin Hood. I've also got a love for frogs, but I'm also nuts about aquariums so naturally I like fish.

The only thing about dogs is that they are terribly more stupid than cats.I mean when was the last time you ever saw a cat with porcupine quills sticking out her
nose?A dog on the other hand will keep poking his nose where it does not belong
no matter how many times Mr.Porcupine has sprayed him with his quills.

lol, I dunno... As an owner of both dogs and cats, dogs do a lot of stupid things but cats spend a higher proportion of their awake-time being stupid... It started out as silly, but... after freeing them from the confines of a garbagecan or cupboard that they trap themselves in about 1000 times...

This may not actually be the case, but I've encountered many more personable and friendly dogs than I have cats, though what sweet tempered or friendly cats I've encountered have been extremely so.

*drools slightly over fox pictures*

I like foxes, of course, but my favorite animal is cats, probably because I have so many. ^^

I wanted a dog badly when I was a kid, but I didn't get one until I was a lot older, and I ended up not being as close to her as I am to the cats. (Possibly because cats don't require a lot of energy to bond with; they're glad to just sit there with you, whereas to get close to a dog, you seem to need to do lots of walking, playing, etc., for which I don't always have the energy.)

There are few animals I don't like, but I definitely like cats the best.
People talking without speaking
People hearing without listening
People writing songs that voices never share

And no one dared
Disturb the sound of silence.

Cats. Cats. Cats. Oh, and cats.
Embraced by a gentle breeze, my heart breaks as I think of you.

I like a lot of animals. Particularly this. It's awkward in landing, awkward in walking and it don't just use that beak for getting critters underwater/ground. Nope, this birdie's a scavanger of PEST PROPORTIONS. That beak is so useful for reaching into bins, for keeping distance even while handfeeding, for reaching in ahead of the crowd of birds diving for the same scrap... getting the idea this birdie's the next flying pest since the pigeon? They've started putting up little metal signs around my city - "Do not feed the ibis". But how can you not? Are they not just so CUTE?!

And then come possums. Bold, cute and funny. Don't know what sort of possums you get in the US, but where I live, we get an assortment of brush tails and ring tails.

Cockatiels. For those who don't know, they're like little cockatoos. They're SO affectionate, so soft, so noisy... lovely things.

... oh! How could I forget ?these Common, aggressive and raucous, but oh so CUTE! They're a mob bird and very bold in groups. They dive bomb other creatures (birds, neighbours' dogs/cats, etc). Try googling 'noisy miner'. There's plenty more cute pics out there.

Eh, you're probably getting the feeling I'm a bird person. Well... maybe. I do like le birdies. ^^ But then there's lemurs and octopi and crabs and penguins (oh... wait, those're birds. Hmph... they're not very birdlike, though. They can stay in this list. ^^) and bearded dragons and big cats and so forth. I may have a theme, but I'm not COMPLETELY one track. ^^

Piney.

Whoops! Forgot foxes, otters, and some wildcats like lions and tigers.

I also like owls, especially the little puffy ones. ^.^

Oh yeah, and hummingbirds.
