We'll it's like this.

See I had these friends awhile back that we lost touch... now on a website we can talk again but I'm not sure that they are saved. although I know some don't even want to talk about anything Church related. and Ive been thinking (for a long time now) should I pray that they get Saved? Or what, cause I'm lost part of me says yes, the other no.

(I know this is weird but, I'm thinking like when we all die... I just don't want them to burn for eternity you know.)
(Any of you ever had these thoughts?)

what should I do?

Hey. I went through a similar situation, where I feared the one person I helped lead to Jesus had only faked the whole thing. I finally said "Lord, I don't know what's going on in this guy's heart, but if he is saved, grab a hold of him and don't let him go. And if he's not saved, get his attention and draw him to You."

Hope that helps. When in doubt about someone's salvation, pray that God gets hold of their lives and that He in time will show you that your prayers have been answered. Happened with me. PM me for details if you're interested.

It's never a bad thing to pray for a friend's salvation. Pray also for God's guidance for yourself -- ask Him to show you if you should bring up the subject in conversation. (That's not always a good thing; it pushes some people away.) God knows where their hearts are; He can guide you in your interactions with them.

I've had the same thoughts about my childhood friend.
She moved about a dozen times when we were little, we played all the time and relaly got along well. Now she lives in Alabama... whew, moved VERY far away.
Now that I don't see her anymore I really wonder what's going on her life. I know she's not a Christian, I was probably the only influence to her... I really don't wanna see her go to hell, but what can I do anymore? Since I haven't talked to her in ages.
You've done a good job keeping in touch! You're an infuence no matter what you do. It really is true. ^_^

"should I pray that they get Saved?"

Should that even be a question?
