And I had to check google for how to spell recipe. It looks like it should be said 'ree-seep', imho.
I'm looking to do some Christmas cooking this year!
So... do you have any good Christmasy recepies -- I prefer easy ones -- that you would be happy to share? I'd much rather make tried and true recipes than pick something at random from a cookbook.
I'll try to put up my favourite apricot caramel slice recipe when I get home and can look at the cookbook. ^^ I should also have a rum balls recipie somewhere.
Thanks and God bless.

My Mounds Brownie Recipe is easy:
Buy a box of Brownie mix follow the directios on the box, then pour 1 can of condensed sweeten milk over the batter, then add 10 bite-size mounds bars crumbled the baked it as on the box.
The youth at my church loves them.

Oooo sounds delicious!
Hmm... could you describe a mounds bar to me, though? We don't have those in NZ. But if you describe what they're like I'll probably be able to get a substitute.
Thanks, Hitomi! I hope to make this one before Christmas. ^^

If you know how to make chocolate chip cookies, simply use mint chocolate chips in the dough. It'll make the house smell like candy canes. ^_^

Ahh it sounds a bit like a Bounty Bar. That would definitely be nice on top of the browny and with the condensed milk. Thanks, Peregrine! I'll look forward to your recipe, too. ^^
Thanks too, Melodymaker. Mmmmm candy canes. I'll see if I can find mint chocolate chips in the supermarkets over here.
