Hey all. Well, listen up, because this is big:

I've decided to start a webcomic.

Now, what prompted this? I don't really know. I enjoy writing, I love webcomics, and though not much of an artist myself, I would enjoy a project like this.

So, artists, people, interested persons, let me know! It'll start out small but who knows? Maybe in time....

At any rate, please Email me at Spiritsword14@yahoo.com with something you've drawn (A portfolio from some of you proffessional types, or at least a few reference pics) Why you want to do comics, self info, yada yada yada.

Hope to see some of your great art soon!

I'd be interested in checking this out, but I'd like to know a bit more about the comic itself and what sort of style and such you're looking for in this.

that will be decided in conference between me and the prospective Artist. So, while I have SEVERAL plot ideals, and ideas about drawing and such, I'm prepared to make it an equal partnership, where their own natural style of artistry might prevail. Remember kiddies, Zarn Ishtare is NOT an artist. He does however know a great deal about Art, and doodles himself every so often. Just show me what you've got and we'll work from there.

Also, don't send any links to Angelfire, my comp won't read them. Send photobucket links instead, or just attach the file. Make sure to tell me who you are on CAA and alittle about yourself, your style of art, how long you've been drawing, etc.

However, please remember: JUST BECAUSE I AM LOOKING FOR AN ARTIST DOES NOT MEAN I AM DESPERATE.

This means, quite simply, that I want a good artist. Now, this is not aimed entirely at the real artists, but anyone who sends me "stick" figures. Please, I'm not looking for you, oh stick-man drawer, or you, mister blobby first-grade artist. I am looking for those of you with talent, ingenuity, and genuine artistic gifts. That encompasses a good deal of CAA, however, please remember: NO JOKE EMAILS.

thanks abunch, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Any kind of deadline? Or just ASAP? I have some stuff but I'd have to scan it and touch it up. Most of my stuff is just sketches... I never usually get passed sketching cause I'm just drawing them for myself an not to impress anyone but if you give me a day or so, I will try to impress you :D (or will a couple decent sketches and a few color drawings work?)

Edit: Eh I'll just throw a bunch of my sketches and stuff together and you should be able to tell if its what you want or whatever...
