My Summer

I hope everyone has been having a good summer. It seems like my summer has been full of both death and life. On the sad side the mother of a childhood friend of mine just suddenly died today of a heart attack. There was no warning about the attack. It just hit all of a sudden and killed her before they could get her to the hospital. Now she leaves behind a family of three kids, one of which is only 6 years old. That was today’s event and a couple of weeks ago two boys, who were friends of my sister, drowned in a flood. So that is the sad side of life. But on the bright side my brother and sister-in-law are expecting a new baby any day now. It could arrive anytime from tonight to the next two weeks. We don’t know if it is a boy or a girl yet but I will let you know when it arrives. My family and myself are really excited and we are thankful for this bright spot in life. All in all this has been a summer for tears of sadness and tears of joy. But don’t you worry about me know. In times of sadness, or joy, it has always been my way to preserver for right and help those in their time of need… and so I shall.

God Bless

A lot of things have happened to me, and people who I really love this summer as well, HS.. But God is awesome, and he has seen me and my family through it all, and is continuing to do so.

Got a puppy last month. Sides from that, almost nothing, sides from going to my cousin's wedding.

I'm sorry to hear of the losses holysoldier, I'll definatly keep all their family and friends in my prayers... Though I'm happy to hear about the new baby, that's terrific!

As for me, my summer has been for the most part good. Although I've worked a lot, I tend to find time to get out and get fresh air, enjoy the small things in life... It helps with the stress- It's been really refreshing. I'm just trying to wind down and get ready for the up coming fall semester- that's always the hardest part. ^_^
