According to my psychology class, a conscience is basically defined as "knowing the difference between right and wrong" with the whole guilty nudge and angel and devil sitting on your shoulder, basically^^. With Antisocial Personality Disorder, are people that aren't concidered to have "one" because they don't care about the well being of anything and do anything they want :/ Hmmm with the fact that even non-believers still get the "I feel guilty and have done wrong feeling" *shrugs* not sure how to explain that whole thing, conscience-wise :/

My bad^^ Yeah that's right I was thinking in the way that you get it a whole lot moreso when you become a Christian and all. (In a different track of thought I was).

But yeah, it's true. I guess Antisocial PD wise it's not that God can't reach them, but that they are really good at ignoring :/

What led you to this supposition? Do you have, perhaps, some Biblical evidence to back it up? Or is this something that you came to through contemplation?
