Ok, I'm not finding anything, but maybe you will.

uuuumm.... Does anybody know where to find Cat paw gloves and/or cat paw shoes/boots?

I'm going to try to get to a con this year, so like, I need these items.

Yeah, either I'm bad at finding cosplay, or these items are just super rare.

Only sure way to make such an item is to make them yourself.

I would suggest getting stuffing and a furry material and sowing that around a sock slipper esque style for the feet (you may be able to find such a slipper but i havent seen one of those in ages...) oh and do something similar for the hands cosplay.com is a good site to ask if you need some technical tips.

Find a fursuiting site; they sell stuff like that. Also, try eBay.

ebay's a good place to start. the gloves wouldnt be that hard to make, i've made gloves similar to that before for a play, just buy the material and draw a paw using your non-dominate hand as a template on a newspaper for a pattern or something...(make sure to make it a bit bigger to account of the seam) then just cut out the pieces and sew them together (inside out so you wont see the seam)

Or you can just buy some fake fur at wal-mart or a fabric store and hot-glue-gun it to a glove. ^^

Beware of fursuiting websites, by the way...gloves cost like $100 sometimes. Fursuiters (they make stuff for furries) WAY overcharge.
