No, due to server constraints, I believe. It's a bummer, but I bet all the dial-uppers are kinda happy with it...

Yeah, sig graphics are disabled for now. They were really getting out of hand for a while (Some people had half a dozen images in their sigs), and it was just better for bandwidth conservation to get rid of them for a while.
