There seem to be a few CAA-ers who like Lego, so here's a link I found. This guy is awesome - LOTR and Halo customs? Very nice.

Thanks for the link dude! Absolute awesomeness.
Here are three other sites:

The Star Wars one doesn`t fascinate me at all but the others do.
Since, they already make star wars ones.

I must say, that is pretty awesome. There's people pretty into that stuff! The last thing I did with legos was make a stop-motion video for an english project in highschool. It's pretty fun stuff.

These are quite impressive. Scary to think how much time must have been spent making them.

Some LEGO fans love their LEGO more than some anime fans love their anime.
LEGO fans can get quite serious about their hobby (in a good kinda way I guess). Using non-LEGO brand building blocks mixed with LEGO could get you labelled as a "heretic" by some LEGO fans.

Too bad that often that's the only way to build certain things, thanks to Lego's anti-war policy.

I really don't understand their anti-war stance. I mean, I hear what they are saying, but their Star Wars, Bionicles, Vikings and possibly future Batman sets (I heard they've been given the license to make Batman stuff) include weapons of one kind or another.
Maybe what they are saying is that they are against making kits that feature real-life weapons (e.g. WWII stuff). However what they are doing still strikes me as kind of inconsistent.
Anyway, if you're real keen to get your hands on some WWII LEGO custom kits, check out:
http://www.mechanizedbrick.com/
They are kind of expensive, so don't say I didn't warn you.

I don't have that kind of money, but they're nice to look at.

Exactly right.

Instead of starting another thread, I thought I'd just post it here...
There are a few LEGO sets out which feature minfigs of a "manga style" nature. They control mechs, and are known as Exo-Force.
Thought this would interest those who like manga and LEGO.
You can check out these sets at:

Cheers.

A friend was telling about that... Again, thanks for the link.
(Does the name remind anyone else of Exo Squad? Does anyone even *remember* Exo Squad?)

Is Exo-Squad that cartoon from the 80's where these people have parts of mechanical armour that comes onto them? I think there was a green and orange guy. Can't remember the third (I think there were 3).

I've seen this guys stuff before. He's very good but really against anime and manga and adimently believes his art isn't influenced one iota by the artform (when you clearly see it is). Bit full of himself too, but he does have some good work there and LEGO rocks.

Meh, I didn't even look around at his personal stuff. Just checked out his work.
