Feline Facial Deformities

The "janus kitten" that I posted on the two headed snake thread wasn't the first that I saw online. There are several examples on the hyperlink above. Furthermore, the "cyclops kitten" I found on Snopes actually looks rather cute compared to the one on this link.

That is a very interesting link. Disturbing, but still very interesting. The Dogface one was quite interseting.

As for dupicated ears making hearing better...no. It would actually make hearing worse.

Big eared kitties were cute though and even the 4 eared cats looked pretty normal. NOT the cycloptic kitty though :/

Actually my friend's kitten's tail was born deformed. Not really bad looking, just a couple vertabre clumped together so there's a bit of a lump in the middle of the tail, and it's shorter than normal.

I saw a kitten with a deformed tail. SOOOO CUTE!!! It was curly like a pig's!!! I totally died when I saw him...

I see none of you made a comment on the kitten with anencephaly. That is a real condition, but I have never seen an example in humans (frankly, I don't want to).

It makes you wonder why there isn't 2-headed humans. Are we that different?

There are two-headed humans (I saw one (or two?) on 60 minutes). Some are a special case of conjoined twins, where one head controls half of the "body". On snopes you will also find a bizzare case in Egypt in which a girl had another head attatched to her head--and ONLY a head. The other head died shortly after birth and was separated from the girl.

*shudders* I saw that and it totally CREEPED me out! Curiousity got the best of me on that one v_v (I am SO like a cat!) Only cause the second head looked like a doll head, and after refusing to watch the Child's Play movies due to creepy looking possessed dolls... yeah :/

And which was the kitten with anencephaly? Some of the pics were red x's for me. But the "no-face" ones were the most devastating cases on there I saw :/

I remember seeing the girl with the head growing out of her head....it was kinda creepy, they had a clip of the 2nd head blinking. >_<

DUDE , Those four eared cats are awesome..

Whoa. I managed to make it through that page, but strangely enough the cat with two independent tongues really freaked me out.

My mom just saw that yesterday. She freaked out. She was...traumatized. I had seen it before, so I just laughed at her...

I'm hard to freak out. NOTHING freaks me out...except for some surgical procedures...and watching people get shots.
