I believe it's fine as long as you acknowledge that it's her's and not yours.

Yeah as far as I know it's alright to post a friends (cousin in your case) work as long as you don't take credit for it and have the friend's permission.

As long as you give your cousin credit and not claim it as your own, its fine.
