CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

(I wasn't sure if this belonged in the Anime or Goof-off section, so I decided to post this in General, since it is slightly off-topic but applies to anime).

Have you guys ever daydreamed about an anime character? Picturing an anime character into real life situations, wondering what would happen if they reacted to conversations, or 'walk' with you on your way to work?

I have done this on many occasions, especially when writing fanfiction that deal with them. In order to know the character and write something about him\her, you must pretend the character is your friend and spend a day with him\her, doing whatever you do in reality.

A bit far-fetched I know, but I hope I'm not the only one with an active imagination (since it's a fun thing to do).

Yes all the time. But not just anime characters.
But not exactly the way you put it.

Oh yeah! Loads of times! When I'm driving, at work, wherever I am, I do tend to take on the personalities of different anime characters!

A long time ago, when pokemon first came out, I used to pretend I had all the ones I had in the game, and would daydream about using them for menial tasks like shoveling the driveway- A fire pokemon could melt it, and a water pokemon could move the water away...

I used to fall asleep regularly in my math class, and when I half woke up, I swear I would see Haruka and Kantarou from Tactics standing in front of my desk.

...alas, usually it was just my angry math teacher.

Imagine? Why do you say "imagine"?

I don't dream or wonder what a specific character would do in a certain situation, I just think about how cool it would be if I "could" power-up or do some of the stuff Goku does
