Artists: My dad needs your help!

My father (you might call him the SpoonyDad) is a worship leader/singer/songwriter and he is working on a new album which he is planning on titleing (sp?) "Glory Fills My Heart". All he needs is an album cover. He was impressed by this month's coloring contest winner and suggested I ask you talented artists for help. He doesn't want an anime-type character on it of course, but he liked the colorful swirly effect in the picture, so maybe that could be incorporated into it somehow.

Does he have a deadline for release on this album yet? I'd be willing to give it a shot, as long as it's not super urgent. Some file specs could be helpful too, although I'm assuming it would be 4-color, 300 dpi. And does this include the back of the jacket, or just the front? (i'm detail-oriented, if you haven't noticed.
