Heart of Sword's Rhapsody

Money, get away
Get a good job with good pay and you're okay
And all and all you're just another brick in the wall
Shoutin’ in the street gonna take on the world some day
But Bismallah will not let me go
Because I'll see you on the dark side of the moon

Tommy used to work on the docks
Union's been on strike
Bright eyes burning like fire
And exposing every weakness
However carefully hidden by the kids

Who will love a little Sparrow
Who's traveled far and cries for rest
Spare him his life from this monstrosity

I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all
And if the band youre in starts playing different tunes
We will we will rock you
We will we will rock you!

[Pink Floyd fan listening to Queen and hugging trees which is also known as taking care of God's creation with a pair of headphones on listening to Nightwish as loud as possible while writing a novel on a computer in the middle of a field filled with Wolves.]

I must say, Wikipedia is probably the best online resource available. It is also an effective way of finding out about things that an ordinary reference would not have.

I'm going to have to agree once again with you, UC. I'm surprised at the articles you find on there - at how comprehensive it can be sometimes. I mean, there hardly a subject not covered in-depth. Its sometimes even depressing when you find an entry that's not well-developed.

Well, it's pretty accurate as far as they can get it. Wikipedia has NUMEROUS moderators, all of which keep a close watch on articles. Remember, Wikipedia is user-edited, so technically any yahoo can go in there and "grafitti" an article and post ridiculous content. This is why the mods keep a close eye on every article, to ensure if someone does such a thing, that the article can be restored.

They also allow the users of the site to vote on important issues, such as whether an article should be added/deleted, and other such things. I'd say that if any article on Wikipedia was wrong, it would be no more wrong than any encyclopedia you could find in a library.

Wikipedia is quite the informative site =)

It is very informative, however I would warn people not to use it for official reasearch, as it is not officially a credable source. You can find stuff out on there for your own benefit, but it is not a valid source for a paper or any such work.

I've never used it for anything like school reports, but it's very useful for finding out stuff. They have articles that you wouldn't find in a normal encyclopedia, stuff like comic book characters and fictional devices. It's cool!

It is unlikely that wikipedia will ever be accepted for formal work. While being user-edited is its greatest strength, it also makes it impossible to verify the qualifications of the writers and accuracy can fluctuate. However, I still find it a better resource than many.

Also, because no one has done this yet:

Actually, for a self-referential article, it's quite good.

Yes, I had predicted something rather satirical, either pointing out the irony of looking at the entry or having blatantly false information. I suppose they went for the "credible resource" route.

ANYTHING that has an article about why Kenshin says "Oro" is awesome...but I wouldn't use it for formal work or anything.

I interpreted it as the article author's tongue being in his cheek, but I would imagine that some people would do such a thing.

Yeah, this year I have really enjoyed this site. I go there after researching for projects in school, b/c other stuff, like this forum, are blocked. I know, it is kinda desperate. I also try to read the kana in the japanese site and the spanish part. Entertaining.
