have you ever had a dream that...felt like it could really happen? and it hit close to home?

i had two in the past couple months.

one i had over the summer. i was at my house, and my family and i were panicing, like we really needed to leave quickly. Then this helicopter came, and told us we had to leave really quick, and picked us up. then all of a sudden, we were at my school, and it was me and my family, and a whole bunch of other people, and we were like refugees kinda. and i was looking out of the window, over to the cortyard, and i saw a whole bunch of airplanes, and they started dropping bombs. and we had to leave the school, so we ran out.
and hten i was alone.
I was walking along a long road, the sky was grey, and the houses were all really nice, but no one was around. and i was walking trying to find cars to hitchhike.

it was scary.

and then i had another dream. it happened on my grandmas front lawn. we had a party, and then all of a sudden some..taliban people or something drove by, and started shooting. we all hid under a table, and eeveryone was freaking out. after they drove away, a young philipino girl, about the age of 10 got up and told us she knew of a safe place to go. So we follwed her, and she led us across the street to a large empty parking lot. and behind the parking lot was a field..marsh thing. and we went in there. and i woke up.

...they really freaked me up when i woke up.

have you had any wierd dreams like that?

Yes. Several times. I think you have to give this to God in prayer. Let God reveal the meaning in dreams if it is something important. Of course, there are non-mystical reasons for dreams. If you are feeling that you are not secure in your life (this can mean a lot of things) you might have dreams about risky things. Go to sleep in prayer. Sleeping is the very thing that you are supposed to do right then, there is nothing you can do about those things that you can't control, so rest assured that God has a plan for you, and will see you through.

From what I get from your dreams its seems to be influenced, by media news coverage. In the first dream there was a since of urgency in otherwise you knew something was gonna happen. (Like all the storms that have been happening lately). In the second dream it was a 9/11 kind of thing. When your guard was done you where attacked.
I understand that kind of feeling. Sounds like you need to be careful of what you watch.
