Hum. I just noticed this little tidbit. We're over 3000 members.

Huzzah!

And it's only taken us 3 years. 'magine that.

Oh it feels like yesterday when more than half the posts of the days were done by admins and mods.

Well, the members list is now limited to those who reach 25 posts or higher, so at least that would winnow it down to those who have posted. It doesn't really cover active posters, though. We'd have to ask the Statistics Department.

*picks up phone, calls Mithrandir*
Hello, Statistics Department?
No, I know what your name is.
No, I don't want a credit card with no annual fee and a promotional APR of 7.99% for new purchases until April 2002, which means it expired three years ago.
Yes, I know this call is being recorded for training and quality purposes.

Seriously, it might be an interesting query to perform. How often would you call regular?

I could still be champ, but I'd feel bad taking it away from one of the younger guys. - George Foreman

700 posts or more? Atleast five (real, quality) posts a week?

Edit:

I just went and looked at the post count list, and there are under 250 members with 700 posts or more. What does that tell you about this 3000 member number?
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

...And on another note, the Anime Angels message boards just recently hit 200 members. I think we have around 10-20 regular posters there, as a rough estimate. ^_^;
