Pumpkin-carving is a great art form. I refuse to go with the traditional "scary face" pumpkin. It's just boring. I wish I'd had a digital camera last year (I carved The Cheat into a pumkin), but this year I've got one and I could take a picture of the fruit (or is it a vegetable?) of my labor. So, without further ado:
I apologize for the dork on the right, but he insisted on being in the picture.
Anyway, I'm already thinking about next year. Oh, the possibilities...

You're now the coolest person ever.
That's one wicked awesome jack-o-lantern, SB.

Thank you. I honestly couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
My original idea was just to do a left-side profile outline of Homestar, like the Alfred Hitchcock thing. But when I sketched it onto the pumpkin, I realized that it didn't take up enough space, and probably no one would get both references at once, anyway.

Strong Sad meringues... yeah, I should do that. I wonder how you hollow out a meringue.

Clever!
I have yet to try any of the pumpkin sketches on the HR website. Guess I'm too lazy even to use a knife.

There were pumpkin sketches on the website? I didn't know that. Ehh, I don't need those anyway. It's more fun when you do it all yourself.

That pic's kinda cool in a creepy jack-o-lantern way.
The pumpkin, too. :p

Yeah, the stuff on the site were just generic headshots of the characters. But kudos on making your own version of Homestar.
