I hate it when you really like someone and then they said they liked you but then they like another person and leaves you in the dark.

Yeah. That happens all the time.

Pretty sure that applies to most people over 18 too.

Ah, yes. I've been there, too. I'm afraid it's just a part of being a teenager. I used to like a girl like that, but she was a total drama-queen and I felt o bad for a while but then i learned that these are to be some of the best years of my life, so I got over her. I'm not trying to sound unsympathetic about this, but you're still just a teenager and you should really just enjoy these years in life before you get a job and college to worry about. If you like this person, that's fine and good, but don't take years off your life worrying about it. god has a person for you somewhere in life.
well, I hope this turns out for the best.

so... what's your story, Jessi?

Oi. That is part of the reason I promised myself I wouldn't date until I'm out of college.
Yeah, the worst part about being a teen is all of the drama. The evil drama. So annoying.
I feel for ya, Jessie. Cool avatar, by the way.^^

I won't date until God permits it. I leave everything is His hands.
But I don't plan to date more than one man.
I'm praying that I will just go out with one man and he will be the right one for me to marry. Don't know if it's gonna happen that way but I'm hoping. Please don't feel bad. It happens to everybody and all it means is that God has an even better guy out there for you.

Ohhhh. Dating.
Simple. Just date a guy who nobody else will date. *muahahaha* Naw, I'm only kidding. I've never dated before, but nobody's ever asked me out...maybe that's because I'm withdrawn and reclusive and never meet anyone.
But I believe in courting instead, and you're much less likely to get dumped if you court.

I'll just pray for the right guy to come along. I don't want to do a ton of dating. My own preference is to meet the right guy and leave the rest up to God. I'm just waiting patiently. Chances are that one day when I'm not thinking about it, he'll show up. Usually when your obsessed with thinking about that special guy/girl he/she won't show up until you least expect it.

Oh yeah, I don't date either, I believe in having a friendship and see where God takes you with the relationship lol. I feel better now. I was just upset when I wrote that.

Well i rather not tell the story, he is a member here but i don't think he comes on here a lot but still...
He is a nice person and all but I would like to get to know him more personally as a friend but it seems like he isn't letting that happen.
well we talk on the internet and he lives in Alabama but he is moving to Cali in a year. Cali is where I live...and yeah...but we have desided just to be friends tho. but yeah...

hm, yes, I know how this feels...Greatly!
Happens to me all the time. I really like the girl spiritually first off, then they start to grow on me...before I can even tell them I like them or anything, THAT is when they say:
"Me and my
boyfriend..."
In this case their mother talks over the phone with me:
"Oh, I'm sorry, she's with her
boyfriend, in another country right now"
And then there are those regular shut downs:
"I'm sorry...I have a
boyfriend already...I'm really sorry."
:p
Oh well, I finally just let it up to God and be patient with whoever is chosen by Him for me, and I KNOW she'll be beautiful.

Yeah, with him i just completely fell in love with his spirit...not "in love" but like really loved it. but yeah what you said...I'll just try to give it to God and try to be patient for that one person God has for me

Sorry, but honestly, I have to tell you all. If you hate teen drama, just wait until you are out of high school. The summer immidiately following that is like... the worst soap opera ever. I've watched it happen three times now with my freinds. Every time, that summer is always filled with drama.
And after that, it seems to boil down for awhile, but it soon returns. Truthfully, the drama only gets worse as you grow older and have people start to realise that it's time to get married. xD

"Oh, Dawson! I can't believe you're moving twenty minutes away!"
"I can't believe you're so unsupportive! I hate you, AND this entire town!"
hehe. Like that? Oi. Can't wait. I dunno, the worst "drama" I've ever seen was back when I was in middle school. People were borderline obsessive with dating and things like that. I thought it got better after high school. Xp thanks for ruining my dillusions ikimasu!
Yeah, I think you and Cephas are smart, Jessie. Waiting for God is always a good idea. I hope I'm smart enough to do that!^^

I'm not afraid of living or dying, actually. God has a plan for both, so I'm just gonna ride it!
I don't date either, but I know what it's like when you get interested in someone who expresses mutual interest in you only to go off and date someone else. It's confusing, but we press on
