Hard time drawing Manga

errr! I like to draw Manga, but the problem is that i can't figure out what parts should be shaded and you know how the clothes look kinda rinkled? well i have a hard time seeing what part should be rinkled.

Well, try looking at other manga and see how they're drawn and stuff... You could even try drawing some picture from mangas and stuff. It can really help ^_^

Another option is to look at your clothes, or other peoples colthes to spot the shading on the folds. If you use yourself find a mirror and use a light to similate the effect you want in the comic.

ya know i've seen a "how to draw manga" volume on the subject... check amazon and see if you can find it there, i have some volumes the series and i find them extremely helpful!

I suggest basing off from a manga-ka that you particulary like and then when you become proficient in that style, alter it to fit your own likes.

As an example it helps me out sometimes. What I do is when I am reading manga, I pay attention to every single fine detail on the characters, clothes, eyes, mouth, nose, head shape, hair, hair highlights, shoes, everything. That helps a lot because then you just think back when your trying to draw and put down what comes to mind. I think it works very well, that and you need to practice a
lot in order to get the style you want, take it from me, I draw almost every single day! ^^
