>^.^< For all of you who don't know. I'm in China right now, going to school here for 9 months (the whole school year). I arrived here on Sept. 13th and have been having an enjoyable time so far.

Anyhoo, today is National Day! >^.^< *throws confetti everywhere* It's a very important holiday here because it's the birthday of China! (I sang the happy birthday in spanish lol!) And there's a break from school for a week (I think....>^^<;; ) Woo-hoo!!!! >^.^< NO SCHOOL!!!

>0_0<.. No I don't know every word in Chinese. >^^<;; I'm just a beginner. And so far I've ben able to survive in the school.

We go from about 7:30am-6:00pm and if you want you can even stay till 10:00pm!!! >0_o< (that's what my sister does sometimes) After our lunchbreak we get a nap time where we sleep for an 1 hour and a half in the dormoritories. (you are assigned a room and a bunk) I don't fall asleep during this time, but I do enjoy just laying and spacing out after working. >^^< A lot of kids do fall asleep, which I find completely amazing that they can sleep during the middle of the afternoon. But when it's at the end, I'm exhausted and sleepy and know why I should sleep during that time. >^.^< Lol!

Do you have to study in Chinese or are some of your classes in English?

>^^< Well I do attend regular classes sometimes, but I have my own seperate ones too help me learn chinese. I can definately understand english class. >^^<;; Sometimes. Some of the english teachers aren't that really good. No offense to them or anything. >0_o< But sometimes the words come out a bit funny.. There is one english teacher from America called Kevin that I enjoy talking to when ever I get the chance and he's a good teacher. He knows chinese but the students aren't supposed to know that and he just speaks english to them. >^.^<;; Lol!

We also have school uniforms. I just got mine last week. It's like a sports outfit. >^.^<
