where to find a wig

neji is probably going to be moved back (until the 2nd costume appears on the show so i can see its colors)
secondly i need a wig. something along the lines of ilpalazoo from excel saga (oops couldnt think of a sneaky way of saying it without letting the cat out of the bag...blah....)
also i need some advice on how to rig the sholderpeices so they will stay up (since i cant attach them to a breastplate like i did with balmung)
oh and incase this falls through where could i find a school outfit along the lines of the rat guy from fruits basket (my group is cosplaying as them but i dont want to attract certain perverts attention so this is a last ditch if ilpalazoo fails or if the urge to finish neji doesnt hit me)
