This may have been mentioned before but here's a website I discovered yesterday through an article in the New York Times. It is a like Blogger.com and such but its aimed at webcomics and it has several good features.
Has anyone used it? Or has anyone actually heard anything about it, good or negative?
(PS: I can't vouch for the content on the site - as you know some webmanga can be insane)
