Is this possible?

What i want to know is if this is possible. Ok the electronics in my home sometimes act faulty like the comp wont load something, or the TV gets static on a perfect day, or the lights go off and then on even when we just changed the light bulb. a couple of weeks ago the comp wouldnt load YIM for anything even after restarting the comp like 5 times, so i put in a CD and thought up a screen in my mind where i could pull up things needed loading, then i put the image of the comp's tower specs into my mind took some wires and redircted them when i looked at the screen what i wanted loaded was loaded i found this very weird so when the other things started acting faulty like the TV i did the same thing and it worked again. I know this cant be real since nothing like this can be done but it works just about everytime i try it. So what do you guys think is it all just in my head or something else. if you think im crazy i wont be offended by it if you say so

It's either aliens, demons, ghosts, you're psychic, or a coincidence. Take your pick.

Do you have a surge protector? If those things caused these problems to your computer, this is the only thing I can think of.
Of course, computers sometimes screw up. I run the registry checker and defrag every night on my mine. So long as I don't tweak, mine is very stable.
Then some things are just problematic. Firewire fails to be recognized by PCs about 1 time in 6 according to statistics so once or twice a week I get a "Found new Hardware" wizard which means "reboot and curse IEEE 1394"
I would recommend making sure there aren't other problems and you're not mistakenly attributing them to these causes of lightbulbs and static

Flip the switch to the
More Magic (retrologic.com) position and it should work better.
Though twice now I've got to the point where I just "laid hands on" computers and healed them. (I kid you not, it worked)

ROFL! Mythmaster...do you remember when you came over and my little sister was watching the Winx Club and the cable was buggy and you closed your eyes and it went all fuzzy... THAT WAS GREAT! HAHA
I say it is coincidence though..

Funny Being how all you reffer to this as being solely a coincidence. Its nonsense actually thinking about it and not believing in such detail as one would belive in "wind" or a gust of air moving an object from one place to another. you call it a phenomenon or interference whichever way you like to put it. Its an electromagnetic thing, scientists have proven that certain people in a high emotion state have the power to interfere with electronics.

oh yet another thing,
leave off thinking about coincidence, nothing is coincidence. in this world there is only to see or to believe. for that to coincide with being and actual thought would take an entire tribe of bloggers to recieve as a mind filler. all buzzing around like little bees. ignorance is bliss...

I'm glad we have Morpheus here to clear up the confusion.
If you are able to repair machines with your mind, then could you try adding a couple gigs of ram and a new video card to my computer? Thanks in advance.

I say it's a coincidence. Sometimes it just so happens that you start thinking about it as it's clearing up, and you think it was BECAUSE you were thinking about it. Like I said, coincidence
.

blane no its not coincidence, frank you very much. its so sad that boring me is the order of other peoples liking. its not my idea of nice. its a technical issue this involving only electrical appliances and an emotional status of some unkown person in God knows where. im no fan of beautiful background talk such as these responses. in element of essentail thesis. the terms regarding your bloody statement about this whole electronic conversation being a blane coincidence. well shake me sam its no pikeys testimony. just believe it. its isnt lethal...

You are talking to a bunch of skeptical yanks, man. Your 'just believe it. its isnt lethal...' bit rubs me the wrong way, however. Please be cuteous in your interactions, everyone.
scientists have proven that certain people in a high emotion state have the power to interfere with electronics.
Back it up. Show me the research that would lead me to suspect he can acutally rewite a dead TV from across the room.
leave off thinking about coincidence, nothing is coincidence.
I'm sorry you feel that way. Must be rough to belive everything happens for a reason. I'm not going to explore the theological ramifications of that statement, though. That's a topic for another board entirely.
Of course, it's possible that your lack of grammar has caused me to wrongly interprite what you are saying. If that's the case, might I suggest punctuation and spelling to help us understand you better?

i wasnt joking about the SLIP thing...if you guys have seen "the last minute" (a very good british movie) then you know what Im talking about. The director of that movie actually had experiences with that sort of thing...the site I gave is supposed to give a little more information...If i recall correctly it has happened to me too. i think i was in my room once and the light just started flickering. I dont know if it was me or what but i like to think it was. i really like classical music too. its amazing!

I used to know someone who would stop battery-powered watches. Something about the body's magnetic field or whatever. I, on the other hand, can sit down at a computer and make it do what I want even when I've watched someone else try the exact same thing and had it fail. (And they do it correctly, too. I'm not talking about the old typo problem or the clueless luser problem, I mean people who may not know the particular area but who do know computers.)
Of course, that usually applies for smaller issues, but it just goes to show that we need better EM shielding in wristwatches. Or maybe it's a conclusive proof that Bill Gates is evil. Or something. Well, it's a post, I know that... I think...
