Well, your friend Kaligraphic has some bad news and some good news.

The bad news is that the alternator in my car up and died last night, about 50 or so miles from home.

The good news is that I have friends in the area, and stayed with one of them last night, and that I got a jelly doughnut earlier today.

Oh, I thought this would be another Geico joke.

Good one, Ingemar. I honestly thought it was something worse.

Except that it isn't a joke, and actually happened exactly as I said.

Well, then I hope you get your car fixed.
