All the time. It comes with the territory for me. My personality is the take-charge, gung-ho leader who bears the brunt of the project on her shoulders. I constantly worry and fret about the future...but you know what? It's really unhealthy. It's bad physically, and it's bad spiritually. It nurtures a deep, innate distrust of God.
Think of it like this. Do you trust God to be who He says? If you do, then you believe He loves you more than anyone else in the whole world and will ONLY give you the absolute best. I always like to think of the verse in Matthew where Jesus tenderly says, "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows!"
Jesus also commands us not to worry: ""Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear....Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life...For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
It's fine to be excited about your future, but don't let yourself get stressed out or anxious about it.
