Just written. Your local DMV website should have a sample test. ^_^

Yeah I'd recommend looking at the booklet thoroughly before ya take it. When I took when I was 15 I failed twice before passing, both times by like two or three questions. So then I studied that thing so much I could answer the questions for the Chauffers and the Bus Driver's licenses.

its not as bad for girls, even though it is statistically proven new drivers that are female are worse drivers (due to them getting distracted easier) i mean when i first started i wanted to get a 4 banger 65 mustang but the insurance would triple on it even though it was a 4 cylindar. out of curiosity i asked how bad it would be if i was a girl and it would have been 60 percent less increase then it would have with me being a guy

Congrats!
Do you leave in a rural or more urban location?
Wondering because if you live out in the country or at least in a rural area
you have more room and space to practice your driving skills.

Aw, just read through the book and you'll do fine. You only haffta take a written test to get your permit. Most of it's common sense anyhow. My favorite question was about what to do if you missed an exit on a highway. *chuckles* Yeah, just look through the booklet and you'll be fine. ^_^ *gives a plum* Happy highways.

The written test is pretty easy, as long as you've read the book. I read the book twice, and took notes cause I was so worried I'd fail.
The only questions I had a hard time with were questions like fines for DWI, or how long your license will be suspended if you do "this" or "that." I'm sure you'll do fine!

I only missed like one question on the written one. I don't think it was that important. Maybe it was something like "What do you do when the light is yellow?" and I put "Gun it." What? It makes sense, doesn't it?
I made like an 87 on the actual driver's test because I missed a couple of stop signs XP, but stuff like parallel parking wasn't that hard (probably because I practiced; alot).
