Umm, maybe I'm dumb but what's the point in limiting yourself to 1 hour online time if you'll reply to any eMail you get even if it's not in the online time? You could just keep going as it is since there won't be a difference - atleast none that I see.

I'd remove the eMail address from here if you don't want it to be picked up by spam bots. The users can reach your eMail address through your User Profile anyway

Hey, I've completely fasted from internet for a month once. Boy was that hard! This actually seems not so hard... But it's still herd.

Same here my friend. I am constantly getting yelled at. And I am also hopelessly obsessed with the internet.
