Hello all! Golden_Griff needs your help! :?: (And if you help her, when Griff makes it to the big time and starts making alotta dolla, maybe she’ll remember you ;) )

Okay, this is a questionnaire that I’m conducting for my social psychology class; it’s about social psychology in the business/workplace setting. I don’t know much about how the business world itself operates so if something here sounds dumb just bear with me.

PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT OR GO INTO DISCUSSION ON THIS TOPIC.
I’m not trying to sound rude or anything but I would prefer if you ONLY cast a vote. This is so people won’t be swayed in their response because of what others have said, in addition to keeping things anonymous.

I thank you for your time in advance :)

QUESTION: From each of the following descriptions, who makes a better leader in the workplace?

SALLY:
At work Sally tries to make the workplace a comfortable environment by allowing employees to walk bare-foot around the office. Everyday, Sally comes to work a little late because she goes out to buy a box of donuts to share with everyone. She is almost never in her office because she is often out getting better aquainted with employees. In addition, Sally likes to hold a lot of office parties.

GREG:
Greg holds a company meeting at least twice a week, in which issues and concerns about company productivity are discussed. If a solution is needed to a problem that the company faces, Greg works to find the solution that he thinks works best. Each Friday in the office is “Casual Friday,â€

YIKES! I forgot posts are the only things to make a thread stay at the top! :hits_self Oh well, I'll improvise, don't worry (if anyone cares to worry  )

You could always plead for an honorary sticky. . . You probably wouldn't get it, but asking never killed anyone. Or, it never killed them in a really painful way.

Another option is for people to simply post "OK. I've voted now."

That's all. Nothing about WHAT they said. It would serve the same purpose.

Well, I didn't mean to sound as if you couldn't post anything AT ALL  I just didn't want people to say "I definitely choose so-and-so because of this and that reason" type stuff. I wasn't sure how you guys (mods and admins) would feel about the thread being bumped with "I voted" or something simliar to that. But since you give the go-ahead thats cool with me. This isn't anything important enough for that honorary sticky :eyeroll:

Alright!

:mutter: IT IS COMPLETE! :mutter:

I did the presentation today. Very nervous but I got positive feedback from the professor so that's a good sign  Thank you all so much for your participation :)

I'll tell you all more details after class.
