Yeah, it's cool... Good for them.

I found it kind of sad that people are so excited about something that should be normal... Excited enough to write an article about it. >.<;;;

I'm on the same page with you Sunako. I was read through it and I kept thinking "You'd think they'd never met a couple that saved sex for marriage!" Really, really sad. . .

It is so refreshing to see people out there willing to wait. I'm believed for years that people who engage in premarital sex and end up breaking up have a harder time emotionally.

"The people that wait know the consequences outweigh the benefits ... If I choose to become sexually active, I create a bond that can only be broken with severe pain involved....Chad and Jacynda both comment on seeing friends in high school emotionally hurt after choosing to have sex. (UW Daily)"

A relationship is more than sex, it's a friendship. And when you base your relationship purely on sex it surely won't last. There will be no love involved. Like the nice couple stated, "Sex is not at the center of a good marriage, but it can be the fruit of a good one ..." When you are emotional involved you find more comfort and fulfillment in your marriage and sex. That's where true love and happiness with your mate lies ; that's how God intended it. Sex is a precious gift that God gave us to help us express and show our love to our marriage partner. It's a beautiful thing and when you abuse it, the end result can only lead to pain. If your partner truely loves you he/she will out of respect for your feelings be willing to make that effort and wait. And if they refuse then you have to ask yourself, "Did they truely love me or just want sex?" It's a precious gift we can't take back and it's something very emotional.

Interesting at how their situation is look at as rare or even odd.

I'm very happy for them, though. Thanks for sharing, Yahshua.
