CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

OK, so I was watching CN, Adult Swin, and I see Full Mtal Alchemist was coming on I had heard some good stuffs about it, so I decided to stay up. So, I watch Full Metal Alchemist, and I'm blown way by the animationa, the awesome characters and great storyline. Maybe that's going a bit far, but I really enjoyed it. SOOOOO, my question is, it was very more anti-Christian than most anime I see. I mean, it wasn't doing a whole thing denouncing God, but the main character did deny his existence in the story. I want to know if it would be wrong to keep watching it/reading the manga because opf that?
