Imagine how much money the original occupant will have to spend to get everything back the way it was ...

That is highly unusual, and vaguely funny (for me, because I do not have to resolve any of the issues that would have been caused). Thanks for sharing it.

I'd keep everything that lunatic left in my house and sell it. At least get somthing for renting to a fruit against my will.

Come to think of it, that is a better idea. I wonder if you could get way more than they're worth by telling the bizarre story on the eBay auction...
"Oooh! I want the crazy lady's washer and dryer!! I bid $3000..."

That's just plain stupid,
I'd sell everything for sure.

O.O Ooookay. That's one of the weirdest things I've ever heard.
I think part of the woman's punishment is that she should pay for everything that has to be done to return the house to it's original state.

I believe the woman that commited this act had some sort of mental disorder...seriously. She's just crazy.

I don't know. If the washer and dryer are nice, I'd keep them. The woman apparently didn't have any of her own, it might be nice. And going the laundry mat is a pain.
That's if I could think of that through the anger and sadness I'd be feeling to have my home violated like that.
