[Admin Edit: Watch the language], girl, goin' a little poll crazy, are ya?

Anyway, yeah, I guess the country. I don't like people and having lived in Norfolk for four years, I hate traffic. The only problem is that there might not be a nearby mall in the country from which I could purchase anime.

I chose the country (where I am now) or the suburbs. Having a front yard, back yard, as well as side yards is great. I would hate to have to live someplace where my nextdoor neighbor can stick her hand out of her kitchen window and take a box of tissues out of my bathroom :shady:

This may not be the best explanation but it's between country and city. It's mostly a neighborhood of small houses. Not as big as the city, but not as private as country life either.

I enjoy the country, but the only downside is that we have to drive 30-45 min just to get to the nearest store of anykind (well except for the "corner store" :P )

None of those options appeal to me. I would like to live in a secret city, the remains of a lost civilizations. You know the architechture of the Mayas and Olmecs? It would be like that (large pyramids and giant head statues), only carved inside a great mountain. Being the sort of individual I am, I would never get bored of the place. I hope there's only one entrance, so I could carefully booby-trap it.

If anyone trespasses (and of course manages to get past the traps), they would have to face me. I will say "This is my home. You can only take it by force." Then we would fight. And hopefully, I'd win! With all that empty space it would be easy to practice on my own.

If you are asking where out of those options I would like to live, then my answer is the country/suburbs. Buying things isn't a problem, because there are always online stores for things like anime, video games, etc.

If you are asking if I would want to live somewhere else than I live now, then the answer is no. I have always lived in the country, and I would be perfectly happy living there for the rest of my life. It isn't too far from the city, and the traffic is much better.

I'm all suburbs! I like the stores and such being close to me, but I don't really want to be in the middle of it all. That's one reason I like living where I do. Y'know, New Jersey is practically one big suburb. *lol*

country/suburb for me ... I've been trained for the country and large concentrations of people disturb me and send me into a downward spiral of depression after prolonged exposure. Plus if I lived in the city I couldn't make fun of 'city boys' like my dad and there would be less 'county boys' who drive around with hunting rifles in their big trucks ... and they're always fun!

I live in the suburbs, but I much prefer the country. I prefer to be somewhat isolated from civilization and most people in order to focus on God and admire his creation. I find it to be a great source of rest and calming.

I have this dream of being a farmer as well, at least in terms of growing crops, vegetables, flowers, etc...

Currently living in the suburbs, and I think I prefer it. Either the suburbs or inner city, that would be pretty exciting. Anywhere with a substantial snowfall in the winter and lots of hills would keep me pretty happy ^_^

I'd like to live out in the middle of nowhere. . . so I chose the country, I live in the suburbs right now, though it could be called a forest with all the trees surounding us O.o;; lol, it's nice, but it's still a little to loud, I like nice quiet places, so yeah the chickens and the horses and cows might be a problem there, but hey, I like that kinda' noise more than some 17 year old teens driving a golf cart blasting rap music on their boom box down our street

I've lived in both big cities and small towns and the country/rural settings suit me best. I like it exactly where I am right now.

I'd love to live in a country setting, if I could bring my church with me (or find another really good one closeby), and if I could have high-speed internet access.

Country or the suburbs. I like it where there are only a few people livin' near who actually know you. Plus, in the country there is so much to explore. That's why I like my grandad's ranch. He owns 250 acres of land which you can walk around and always find somthing new/. It's mostly woods and is great for huntin' in the winter.

Id go for the city or sybyrbs. The country is really too isolated to be abble to do that much and where would you get your anime huh? I'm keaning more yowards the suburbs though. The city might be too crowded and i do like having some privacy. Overall the suburbs would be the best for me i think.

Small city/large town like I live in (pop. 115,000, no suburbs, surrounded by country), or way out in the country in nature, not in fields but surrounded by trees with some body of water nearby (like where I grew up--it was wonderful! ^_^).

Living in the country full time is not really for me. I enjoy nature, and would certainly want to be able to more out of doors, but ultimately I would find the country life to be too isolated from the things of interest to me. I'd miss my favourite delis, markets and so forth, not to mention the various goings on the make the city interesting. Of course, I'd also miss having a large public library.

Suburban life can be pretty good too, if the area is designed right. Few of the newer subdivisions are though. You have to drive forever to find something interesting, not to mention the boring sameness, and land plots too small to really do anything with.

I live in the suburbs currently. I wouldn't mind living in the inner city, but it would probably get on my nerves after awhile. The suburbs is good I mean right in the middle you still have convenience and room to breathe. While I do like the outdoors I don't know if I would like living in the country. I like to be close to the ammenities in life and near lots of people.

I live in the suburbs and I like it here. There are lots of trees and other natural things. The suburbs where I live has the basic comforts of civilization (shops etc) with the almost pollution free, natural, more wide open spaces of the country. Only thing that I would change is smash the neighbours stereo and speakers... I mean make the neighbours turn off their loud music, late at night when I'm trying to sleep. Drive's me nuts!
But other than that the suburbs are excellent!
