Hey folks! Well, I’ve returned as of Host of our 2nd CAA Award Ceremony….

Before we get to voting, let’s go over the basics…..


Disclaimer: This event is intended for fun and not serious. So… have fun darn it!

What is this event?

This is an annual awards ceremony for the members of CAA! It’s very simple; you vote for three CAA members you feel should win each award! Note: Members with fewer than 20 posts (this doesn’t mean 20 spam posts) are not allowed to vote.

How long will the voting be open?

Voting starts now and ends Thursday the 7th of Oct. at 12:01 AM EST

How do I vote?

You may post or PM your votes to me.



Ballot Void if it doesn’t follow the format chosen, if you vote for yourself, and the Ballot doesn’t include all the following categories:

2. That Wisest Forummer who needs an Award Award

3. Most Stylish (style in appearance, posts, etc)

Now you may put anyone you want in the 3 blanks below the Category. The first blank will be worth 3 points, second 2 points, and third 1 point. At the end of the deadline I will count all of the votes and the winners are decided.

That rule on favorite thread will be lax....so, I'm not going to disqualify them for voting on their own thread…. seeing how I never ask people to post the name of the creator (and if we get a lot of votes, it's going to be a real pain to research everyone's post on that.), but I encourage people to vote for others’ threads and don't do anything childish like vote for only your threads (I will check on that). If that does happen, that section of the vote will just not be counted.

Also, a little note: votes for threads under places like Administration and testing will not be counted (doesn’t mean their whole ballot will be thrown away, just that part.). Though, I doubt people will say “Ooooh, you know what? That Banned members thread is like my favorite thread 3v4r!â€

Hmm...decisions decisions....

Um, quick suggestion. I think the mods/admins should have a category of their own so they won't steal the awards from other CAA members. Besides, they are the top dogs around here

Nah, we don't need our own category, but we'd all rather see non-mods getting the votes. I think the staff members can all survive without winning an award.
