CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Hey everyone!

The staff and I are working on a big new project and we need your help. I don't want to say too much about it, but we would like you to post some questions you would like us to answer about ourselves. What are things you've always wanted to know about us? About a specific staffer? Sort of like the "ask Shatterheart" thread a while back or Omega's quizzes to the staffers, this is your chance to ask us anything you want, from the mundane to the gravely serious. There WILL be a deadline, I just haven't come up with it yet, so for now post away!

j/k, but, hmm, I guess I've always wondered, do you guys have a favorite anime or manga? If so, what is it?

How about things which would actually tell us something about who you are - like goals/aims in life? What are the most important things in your life? Single, married, children? Calling(s)?

Perhaps for interest: Bible characters you most relate to?
Thing you find hardest to understand about God or Christianity?
Thing that most surprised you about God/Christianity?
Thing that you love most about the Church?
Thing that people just don't seem to get about you that you really wish they would?
Thing that is most misunderstood about you?
One major ambition?

Good questions, but we need a random one that's at least somewhat revealing ...wow, I'm bad at coming up with random questions...Black or brown? Coke or Pepsi? Burger King or McDonalds? And (to borrow from Superman), do you like pink?

We also need one of those "desert island ones"..."If you were trapped on a desert island and could only have three realistic, nontechnological items, what would you pick?"

What's your favorite kind of pizza?
What's your favorite kind of ice cream-including serving manner, bowl or cone, toppings, etc.?
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
After Jesus, who in the Bible do you most admire and why?
Is there someone out side of CAA that you really admire and why?

That desert island is a good one! I tend to ask them for: 1 Book, 1 CD (no home-made compilations allowed) 1 Tool (can be electronic, but must serve a useful purpose not entertainment or communications), and if you could only write to one person before you left, never to speak to anyone again, who would it be, why, and if you like, what would you say?

Given the sprawling arguments that's launched before, I'm unsure that's a good idea as a question topic.

I recall Omega posting a pretty good set of questions to each mod/admin quite a while ago, at their respective introduction threads.

hmm.... phone number, cell number, social security, address, best friend, best friend's phone number, best friend's cell, best friend's social security, best friend's address, and any credit card information you might have.

seriously though, maybe what time zone you're in or what coast you're on. If thats too personal, disregard it...

wellll... basic info like occupation (general, like businessman or teacher or something) outside CAA. Favorite thread. Favorite quote and verse of the bible. ect ect you know, basic stuff

I just thought of another question. If you could be any food, what would it be and why?

If you were stranded on an uninhabited island, what one thing would you want (And helicopter, satellite phone, GPS system, ect are not good answers!!)?

Has anyone tried to chronicle any point of the day to day life of the CAA, be it realistically, or through satire including leprechauns, zombies and trolls?

That my friend, is a top secret level 7A classified secret. But, I can tell you it will be relatively soon---hopefully before the end of the year. Then again, it might be a kinda cool New Year's present for everyone. I don't know--I'm not the only one in charge of this project on the administrative side, but we're really really really excited about this. Thanks to everyone for the zany ideas! Keep 'em coming!
