Here is something really sad. I am a huge animal fan I love all animals,
Anyways, yesterday there was this puppy running lose, so I got a leash and went to go take it home, well I caught up to it (it was so sweet and friendly) I put leash on it's caller ( that had no tag's) and I knew where the dog lived, so I took it home. The people where out in their yard doing yard work, and they said " Oh, you can just let her off, we're trying to get her used to where she lives" I said " Oh I just didn't want her to get HIT by a car" then they said " we'll we just want her to know where her home is"
The lady tried to change the subject but, I just walked away, and as I did the dog ran out in the street and nearly got hit by a truck. Then the poor dog fallowed me home. And the man was yelling at it the whole time it didn't even lisen. I wanted to take it and care for it properly. But i can't I already have the best dog in the world.

Awww, that's so sad. I always wanna cry when I see hurt animals. ;0;

Call the animal control, they'll tell the people to knock it off. You can always tell them that animal control will pick up the puppy if they see it running loose. Or you could tell them that you'll call animal control if you see it loose again. That's terrible. I'll pray for the poor thing!

Sadly some people are just so irresonsible with their animals...

That's horrible. Some people just don't have any common sense whatsoever.

Not only is it totally irresponsible and stupid; it's also illegal. In most places, dogs are required to be on a leash, or contained in a yard. They will also be held liable if the dog happens to bite someone... so it's extremely stupid in all kinds of ways.

If you see the puppy loose again, do call the authorities.

Not only could a person or another animal get hurt, but it could get hurt by a car, people or another animal.

thats sad... unfortunately not sad enough to be on Animal Planet but maybe you can call the humane society anyway!
