that, a lot of people. Never read stuff that are in the other forums such as "jam session" or "writing" as much as the goof off, anime, general. And etc.

So... I guess that's why many topics get moved. I like to post things in "general" so more people can view a topic... I know it kinda.... not following directions... But nobody every goes into the other forums.

People can also see threads on the get new list, which may not be necessarily reflected in 'who's viewing a forum'. In fact, I wouldn't call the who's-viewing feature very reliable at all.

Regardless of readership, forums are set up for a reason -- please use them and pick appropriately for your thread, rather than based purely on where you think it will get the most attention.

As far as forum activity, I generally post in the General, Gamer's Galore, In the Spotlight, Welcome Area, and Who's Who. I will occasionally visit the Jam Session and Prayer Request forums. As for the others...

1.Anime-To be honest, I haven't watched a lot of anime lately; for that reason, I don't have anything to contribute.

2.Art/Poetry-Once again, nothing to contribute.

3.RPGs-I played one earlier this year, and I would do it again if a good one presented itself (not that the current ones aren't good :P ).

Because I use Get New almost exclusively, this is largely irrelevant for me. I generally look only for topics that need moderation, I could contribute to or would be otherwise worth my time.

I think that people do visit other forums fairly regularly. However, there are some that are obviously frequented less than others. The Writing forum is a good example, as it is not conducive to quick posting.
