Wow, that looks wet. The video doesn't look as windy as I expected, but I expect it will get worse. >.< Thankfully my cousins, who live on Merritt Island, got the heck out of there. They went to stay with family in West Virginia. I just hope they have a house left to come home to.
Are you not going to board up the house? Or are you too far inland for it to matter?
Stay safe and dry!

I wish I had that kind of rain. I like rain. Well, may you stay safe with your special sliding door.

hopefully you will still have power, we are pretty far from it right now, but there is already 20,000 people without power in our area,
we had the first band(strong wind) go through today at 4
hopefully i can stay on during the storm

Lost power on Sunday (and was a bit miffed that my job didn't close down, even though the police and whatnot where saying to keep off the roads and stay home, etc). Got it back finally Tuesday evening....
I think the day after was worse than the storm itself around here, which I think added to me not getting power back sooner (they coudln't even get out to clean up till late Monday).
Well, back to my 16 pages of new messages.

we lost power on monday for a few hours, things were ok in my neighborhood, a few shingles off our roof and a few branches ripped off some trees...but overall we are fine,
unfortunatly hurricane ivan, which is now category 5 is coming for us, its supposed to have gusts of 210 mph, which is extremely high
