Too many numerals in that last poster.
EDIT: In addition, maybe it's just me, but something just doesn't look quite right about Tidus and Yuna...

Illegal, I belive, in general terms, they must have slipped up in making them.

A bootleg is an illegal copy. These posters would be bootlegs because they are made from scratch by companies who do not hold official rights granted to them by Square to use the images of characters and logos from the Final Fantasy series. It's essentially Copyright Infringement.

Well if the print quality is subpar that's a pretty good sign. Also if it doesn't have a copyright label on the bottom somewhere too.

Urgh how awful......>_<
The logo for the first wallscroll is wrong. The background logo is for FFX (which is Yuna and the wave thingy) while it's inaccurately written FFX2. EDIT: Wait a minute, Isn't that guy really [spoiler=just in case, you'll never know] "Shuin" who looks like Tidus? Well, he ought to be with a girl called Lenne who kinda looks like Yuna. [/spoiler]
Well, anyway, the two characters are not really supposed to be together, I think.
For the second pic, like what Azier said. I haven't played the game before so I have no idea what the backgrounds are (are they actually from FF7?).

WALL-SCROLLS:

Yes, you're right. It is the guy you mentioned inside of your spoilder tags. And yes, they're not supposed to be together. The official artwork only has Yuna in it - no male character. It's kind of an amusing mistake.... in my mind, at least.
