Human Memory can be a tricky thing to have as for me I don't know if this has happen to anyone but I have begin to have some memory fading that for example I add someone to my AIM list sometimes ago yet I can't remember the reason why and also forgetting some stuff. Ah and I am only 25.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it persists, sure, see a health care professional if it will set your mind at ease.
Every time I forget something -- like a name or an appointment -- I'm prone to think something's wrong with me, but in reality I think it is just the stress of living and keeping so many things in my head (instead of doing something sensible like writing it down).
Forgetfulness isn't a great indicator of the onset of dementia -- my dad has what his doctors describe as "early onset Alzheimer's", and that was preceded by a sudden personality change followed by narcolepsy-like symptoms. He only started losing his short-term memory several years ago.
So, at your age, there is probably no reason for concern. But, like I said, if it persists, consult your physician for advice.

When I used AIM, I always just put the person's name in the buddy comment - now that I use Miranda IM, I just name the contact with the name by which I know the person and the protocol (Like I might use "Yahshua/AIM" even if your AIM screen name is, say, FredTheThird or whatever.)
Just keep notes and it'll be fine. If you want a better memory, you can just ask God for a better memory, and He won't be stingy - He gives as much as you will receive.

In AIM, as I recall, you can right-click on a screen name and select "edit buddy comment", and whatever you put in for a comment will show up as a tooltip for that screen name.
