Gah! Homework...and other stuff that's bugging me right now ^_^

I just got back from the community pool...(bet you're wondering what this has to do with homework) and my eyes are burning from the excessive amount of chlorine and lack of goggles...it feels like someone picked out all my veins with a tiny tweezer. :P
I couldn't get on CAA earlier today because I had homework...and I was having a really hard time with distractions. My family wasn't helping either, but hey...it's Saturday, right?
(But considering that my mom is my teacher, I guess it is kind of wierd that she was helping with the distraction....
Wait! I'm homeschooled, and that means ALL of my work is homework...unless it's at co-op...*rambles* Sorry.)
Anyway, since our trip to PA I'm super behind on my work so I had to cram two weeks worth of work into one week.
Since we're in this new co-op that my mom signed me up for, (she was feeling lonely and helpless I guess?) now we have a schedule before class because the program is understaffed. (at least that's what I think)
There's this lady in it that sounds pretty fastidious...(or snobby, as I would say-I'm trying to be nice and do the Christian thing here! But not succeeding...) I already don't like her...not that this has anything to do with what I'm talking about. This is a rant, I guess...
Actually, I don't really know what I'm talking about since I love our curriculum and I should just be content with that.
But wait! There's more!
After I've been homeschooling like this I've discovered just how many people throughout history and today support my views...and how much the public school hides from us. According to me, their goal is to raise gay socialists that are too "tolerant" to take a stand when there is injustice at work in the world. And I'm realizing how lucky I am to have this material...I almost feel like I'm reading something forbidden...
Okay, I'll stop here. ^^
Sorry for ranting and leading everyone on a goose chase...hope you got something out of this, if that's at all possible! :P
But I'm content, so no matter...
Now that I've got everything off of my chest, I'm happy! :jump:
Wait, does that mean I wasn't happy before?
Oh well...
Okay, I'm stopping now! ^_^

Homeschooling and public schooling have their pros and cons both, but I generally agree with the negative take on the public school social climate. But that's our society today, there isn't much one can do but take solid ground in their own values and hope others are inspired by it.

Okay, this sort of grossed me out. 0_o LOL

Hey, Madeline it sounds like you all have quite a home school going there. I'd love to meet the woman you said is fastidious. Wow, what an excellent use of your lexicon. ~_^

And obviously I am a big fan of home schooling since, well... I home school the kids and you know that. Did you let your mom read your post? *hehe* I'm sure she'd get a kick out of it.

either that or just shuffle kids through school as quick as possible while offending as little people as possible.

Saitou Hajime sez, "I hate the fact that 'mainstream' really means 'the lowest common denominator of society'."

Saitou don't mess around.
