CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

This may sound like a stupid question,but Who here prays for the Voice actors and/or Actresses of Anime? And If so Who?

I'm just curious about which Voice Actresses or Voice Actors you guys pray for!

Well, the one's I can think of by name are Kirby Morrow, Scott Mc'neil, Lisa Ann Bailey, and Mark Hildredth. basically I just pray for them and for the one's I don't know I just do a combined prayer along with the one's I know.

I've never even thought about that! Good idea, I should start praying for some of them.

Well, whenever I hear one mentioned, I try to remember to pray for them.

I'm glad you brought that up Golden_Griff! Yes I do pray for Voice Actors.I haven't done it in a while,but maybe Its time for me to return praying for them.

I never really prayed for Voice actors, but I do pray for mangakas.

gee I feel kinda stupid. I mean, sure I could pray but I don't know anyone well enough and, uh, I dunno...

Strange you ask that, but I do...sometimes. There are so many things and people to pray for that I don't 'have time' for it all. I also pray for the producers and writers as well. In all my prayers it is usually for them to come to Christ...

Well, yeah, I guess...that's the "excuse" that I'm making...it's just so many out there ...unless I knew them personally...

I'm not trying to make an excuse, it's just I've often prayed for 45 minutes or so before going to sleep...and then I fall asleep... So I've tried to prioritize.

I didn't say that because I thought it was your excuse, I said that because I thought I was using that as my excuse, to be clear.

I pray for Johnny Bosch and his band when I think about it. I pray that they'll find a good label and such. Most bands don't get anywhere/can't support their families so they call it quit. I hope that doesn't happen with Eyeshine.

Aside from that, I'll pray for pretty much anyone that comes to mind. I'll sometimes pray for Steve Blum, or any other VA's I know by name. Or maybe I'll just be watching some anime and feel compelled to pray for someone in it. Like Heart of Sword said, I pray for everyone. It just depends who God puts on my heart to pray for.

I have never thought about this to be honest, it is interesting. I am too ignorant of anime voice actors / actresses to pray for any by name.
