If you cancel your order, do you get your money back? They backordered my Tales of Symphonia, and I don't wanna wait two weeks. But I'm concerned that if I cancel the order, I won't get refunded. Anyone know?

Because...maybe they won't be TRUTHFUL? I'd rather know from someone who has experienced it first hand, and I know people on here buy stuff from there, because they suggested it to me.

I do a lot of business with them but I have never asked for a refund for the reason you are giving. However, in all my other dealings with them they have been upfront and honest so I don't think you need to worry about that. I will say that most likely the time of your getting money back (if that is what you are wanting) will be one to two weeks. You may as well keep you order in because that is usually the average backorder time.

Eh... If this is the site I'm thinking of, I don't particualarily care for it. (I may be thinking of another website, it's just that the layout on BestPrices looks the same as I remember)

When I ordered a DVD set from them, I ended up waiting several weeks for it to arrive, but I eventually got an email from them saying that it was out of sotck, so they refunded my money.

They did have good customer service and were honest, but having an order go wrong my first time shopping with them kind of left a bad impression for me.

(Again though, I'm not sure this is the site. I may be thinking about another site. Their layout just looks the same.)
